Mini Esthetics Photoshoot

Branding for my future skincare business has to start somewhere.

I've been working on my own skincare brand for quite some time. It started in 2012 with my cosmetic and fragrance classes in fashion school at LIM college off of 5th ave in NYC. By the time I got my esthetics license in 2017 I had also interned at a local botanical shop in Denver, CO. There I learned even more about formulation of skincare, oil blends, and dry herbal blends for effective holistic benefits. For the last 9 years since then I have worked for major beauty brands like Sephora, Armani, LVMH, and AVEDA, as an esthetician and beauty sales expert.

My combination of skills in both sales, service, formulation, freelance contracting, and my educational background in cosmetic merchandising has set the foundation for my upcoming bodycare and fragrance brand. This skincare brand will be one of its first, prioritizing packaging to be accesible for disabled people. My brand will also serve as an online marketplace for other BIPOC disabled, and queer disabled owned businesses selling an assortment of acessible beauty products, tools, homewares, art, and fashion.

If you are a BIPOC and disabled, queer and disabled, or a multi-marginilzed identity with your own accesible brand of products please feel free to reach out to me via email. I am always looking to connect with more of us to uplift and bring visibility to our businesses and to create the opportunity for future collaborations.

I am currently working on getting a grant to help scale my business and hope to share more details of production timeline and release soon. In the mean time I hope you enjoy this esthetician themed self portrait session featuring one of my handmade body butters!
